A student who returned for a summer job became Logistics Director 4 years later

A dissatisfied customer hired to set up an efficient after-sales service and who manages a service of around fifteen people 3 years later.

The second person hired in 2017 to become Production Director at the age of 26, heading a team of 40 people

From 4 partners in July 2017, Phone Recycle Solution had 11 employees 6 months later, then 29, 1 year later. In December 2020, 76 people supported the meteoric growth of Phone Recycle Solution. Today the Phone Recycle Solution family counts around one hundred members.

We are committed alongside the 4,100 signatories of the Diversity Charter to combating discrimination and promoting diversity within our workforce. Out of around 100 employees on permanent contracts, we have 10 nationalities, more than 50% women, 3% people with disabilities, 10 employees from priority neighborhoods of city policy and an average age of 34 years old.
